Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen delays, such as customs processing or courier disruptions.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the provided link or through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please email ppikahy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified after they have been processed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
